Sessions & Fees              

Mission Kids offers both regular and casual after school care sessions to help meet the needs of our parents. To take advantage of our regular booking rates we require 48 hours notice in writing for any changes or cancelations. Casual bookings for after school care are perfect for those odd occasions where childcare is a must. Bookings remain open online until 12am the night before, and you’ll have until 10am on the day to send through written notice of cancellation. Cancellations for before school care need to be sent via text to 0204555015 or via email to office@missionkids.org.nz by 8pm the night before in order to avoid charges applying. Rates are given for all families doing a minimum of two weeks of the same booked days, this rate is slightly cheaper than the casual rate. This does mean that charges are applicable for any sick days or public holidays and 48 hours written notice is required for any booking changes or cancellations to regular bookings. The casual rate is slightly higher, and there is more flexibility as bookings can be processed online by midnight the evening prior to required care, 'on the day' bookings cannot be guaranteed due to the requirements for staff to child ratios.

Please note that with casual bookings charges are not applicable for public holidays or absence days, if written notice is sent through prior to 10am on the day that your child will be absent for casual bookings. Please be aware that regular rates with casual benefits is not offered. Early Pickup ASC (Casual & Regular Booking) 3-4pm - Includes afternoon tea, values session and supervised play.

Full Programme ASC (Casual & Regular Booking) 3-6pm - Includes afternoon tea, values session, supervised play homework supervision and choice of our octane, adventure and explore programmes.

Our regular booking rate structure has been designed that the more days you have your child booked into our care, the more money you save. Fees to be paid directly into Mission Kids bank account as provided on the invoices by due date. Accepted payment methods are: Cheque, Credit Card and Internet Banking. Our ASB Bank account number is: 12-3615-0048549-00, please reference your child or invoice number. Regular rates apply for children who are enrolled for four or more consecutive weeks. Regular and casual attendees will be invoiced fortnightly on a Monday and will cover two weeks of attendance prior to the invoice. The cost of any action taken by the programme to recover unpaid fees will be met by the parents of the child concerned.
