Mission Kids has a dedicated and passionate staff team.

Mission Kids is managed by the very capable Kate McKenzie. Kate hails from England and is a qualified primary school teacher. Kate is responsible for the day to day running of Mission Kids and all the planning for after school activities and holiday programmes.

The Mission Kids EMA programme is managed by Lee Boddington. Lee is an experienced childcare worker and a talented sportsman. Lee is responsible for coordinating our team of tutors and sourcing and managing our after school classes.

We are very proud of our team of programme assistants. All staff are selected with a strong emphasis on personal character and a demonstrated love for children. Our staff are all police vetted and are required to attend regular training meetings.

Our staff to child ratio while on-site is 1:10. When off-site, the ratio is 1:8.
